Nineteen paintings capture the atmosphere and glory that Bishop Auckland Football Club achieved in their halcyon period of the 1940s and ‘50s.
All of the football paintings are in oils on canvass and are for sale - prices range from £220 to £300. A small selection of water colours will also be on sale – prices range from £60 to £180.

The official launch of ‘NEVER AGAIN’ takes place at the major venue of Bishop Auckland Town Hall – Kick off is 19:00. Alan will be signing copies of his new book and chatting to purchasers. The book launch coincides with, and forms part of, the Bob Hardisty Exhibition being put on by The Durham Amateur Football Trust at the Town Hall which runs from Monday September 13th for three weeks. The following day Alan will be returning to visit the Town Hall where he will be selling his book to those unable to attend the Wednesday function.
